RF Technicians

We are currently searching the NY/NJ area for RF Technicians with radio communications experience. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity reporting the first 10-12 months to our client’s sites in the 5 boros of NYC. Following the completion of this project, work will encompass NJ & NY areas with home office located in Lincoln Park, NJ.

We will provide required training to qualified candidates. Technicians must have reliable transportation. Expenses will be reimbursed.


  • Experience working with radio communication systems.
  • Experience with cables, connectors and networking.
  • Knowledge of signal analyzers, spectrum analyzers and two-way radio systems.
  • Anritsu Sweep testing certification a plus.
  • GROL a plus.

RF/DAS Engineer

We are currently searching the Northern New Jersey area for an **RF/DAS Engineer ** with a strong background in designing DAS for public safety radio systems. Ideal candidate will have experience designing DAS for public safety in tunnels. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity reporting to our client’s site in Fairlawn, New Jersey.

Qualified applicants will have 5+ years of designing in-building systems with iBwave and have expertise in RF, antenna theory, Public Safety/Trunking/2 Way radio communications, UHF and wireless technologies.


  • Public Safety Radio System design, implementation and management experience.
  • Cellular/PCS System Design, implementation and optimization.
  • In-Building DAS Design implementation and Optimization.
  • Excellent propagation took skills and training (iBWave, Planet EV, Romulus).
  • Experience designing various large scale Public Safety projects.

Lead Radio Installation Technician (Contract)

We are currently searching the Hempstead, NY area for an experienced Radio Installation Technician (RF) to coordinate and supervise the day to day activities of Radio/E911 Install Technicians, provide technical support for vehicle communication installations, interact daily with Clients on client site and ensure the completion of proper documentation.

In this lead role, you will travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk County Long Island providing technical expertise on the upgrade and installation of critical communication systems in Fleet vehicles.


  • Provide Technical Support and clear instruction to technicians on the Installation and upgrade of Public Service Vehicle Communication systems.
  • Oversee technical and engineering responsibilities at multiple sites.
  • Interact with PSE&G and National Grid Fleet garage supervisors regarding work locations and coordination of work areas.
  • Address questions on logistics, delivery, work completion and schedule.
  • Document and inventory vehicles that have been upgraded.


  • 5+ years’ installing mobile communication systems.

Associate RF Engineer - Full Time Opportunity

  • Researches frequency bands and licensing using the FCC ULS database
  • Performs empirical and analytical analysis of Maximum Permissible Exposure Limits (MPE)

Systems Technologist - Contract Opportunity

We are currently searching the 5 Boros of New York for a wireless telecommunications Project Manager.  Chosen candidate will be responsible for managing large multi-site equipment upgrade and buildouts within the 5 Boros of New York.  PM will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of contractors, invoicing, equipment, milestones, budget, bid review, walks, contract negotiation and construction management.
